Full-wall Protection Upgrading Cooperation Case for Large State-owned Bank Branches
medical United States of America
Full-wall Protection Upgrading Cooperation Case for Large State-owned Bank Branches Project Background The Jinan Branch of this large state-owned bank manages 42 business outlets across core commercial districts, residential communities and industrial parks in Jinan. For a long time, the wall surfaces of these outlets have faced multiple operation and maintenance pain points. Exposed wall sockets and messy wires around self-service equipment in the business hall brought hidden risks of electricity hazards and data leakage. The original protection facilities at cash counters had been in service for more than 15 years, and some areas failed to meet the latest financial security standards. The walls in high-traffic public areas were frequently scratched by trolleys and moved equipment, resulting in widespread paint peeling and dents. The exterior walls of some old outlets had hidden water seepage risks, while traditional wall surfaces could not adapt to the scenario-based layout requirements for anti-fraud publicity and compliance notices. To fully implement the safety specifications for the banking industry, and simultaneously improve the outlet image and operation efficiency, the branch launched a systematic upgrading project for wall protection across all its outlets. Compliance-oriented Solution Design The project was fully developed in strict alignment with national financial safety standards including the Specification for Installation of Transparent Protection Barriers in Bank Business Premises, and a layered protection system was customized for different areas of each outlet: For cash business zones, F79B bulletproof rated transparent protection barriers were adopted. The protection area of each single panel was strictly controlled within 4 square meters, with an installation depth of no less than 40mm, supported by reinforced metal frames. This design fully meets the core safety requirements of cash counters, while maintaining unobstructed visibility during business processing. Embedded password-locked wall socket protective covers were fully installed in self-service equipment areas of the business hall, paired with flame-retardant wire ducts that separate strong and weak electricity. All exposed interfaces are fully enclosed to prevent unauthorized plugging and data leakage, and all wires are invisibly stored along the walls, completely eliminating the previous problem of messy wires that damaged the visual presentation of the business hall. Class A fire-rated metal wood-grain anti-collision wall panels were installed in public passages and customer waiting areas. With a 0.8mm galvanized steel base layer and a buffer corrugated structure, the panels can effectively withstand daily impacts from smart equipment transfers and service trolleys. The anti-fouling coating on the surface can withstand high-frequency disinfection wiping, leaving no stubborn stains even after long-term use. For the exterior walls of outlets and the cash replenishment rooms of some old outlets, supporting waterproof reinforcement and rigid protection renovation were carried out, fundamentally eliminating hidden risks such as wall water seepage and exposed wires. Modular replaceable publicity panels were also reserved on the walls, making it convenient for outlets to quickly update anti-fraud reminders and financial science popularization content. Phased Implementation The project adopted the promotion mode of "pilot first, batch implementation". Two core flagship outlets were selected first to complete the sample project and pass acceptance, confirming that all parameters fully meet the financial safety inspection standards of the local public security department. Then the renovation of all outlets was carried out in 6 batches. All construction works were arranged during non-business hours, and the dual-person supervision system for bank outlet construction was strictly implemented. Image records and material test reports were submitted synchronously for every hidden construction stage. The whole process did not cause any disruption to the normal business operations of the outlets, and the delivery of all 42 outlets was completed within a total project cycle of 6 months. Project Outcomes and Value After acceptance, the project successfully passed the special inspection of the banking safety system in Shandong Province. All wall-related safety hazards across the outlets were completely eliminated. The scattered wall maintenance cost, which used to be nearly 200,000 RMB per year, has been reduced by 90%, and no large-scale wall renovation will be needed within 5 years. The neat and unified protected walls, paired with modular anti-fraud publicity areas, have increased the reach rate of financial safety reminders in the business hall by 60%. The project not only meets the strict compliance requirements of the financial industry, but also greatly optimizes the in-store service experience for customers. It has become a benchmark demonstration project for banking outlet safety upgrading in Jinan, and has been referenced and reused by many local city commercial banks later.

Wall Protection Application Case for Senior Care Facilities
行业1 United States of America
Wall Protection Application Case for Senior Care Facilities Project Overview This case is implemented at the core medical-nursing complex under a leading local chain senior care brand in Jinan, Shandong Province. With a total floor area of 23,000 square meters and 320 senior care beds, the facility covers five core functional zones: independent living apartments for self-care seniors, semi-disabled care areas, exclusive dementia care zones, rehabilitation training centers and public activity halls. It is a 3-star senior care institution certified by the Jinan Civil Affairs Bureau. This wall protection upgrading project is fully customized around the physical and behavioral characteristics of the elderly and the special operation and maintenance demands of senior care scenarios, finally delivering a full-dimensional wall solution that balances safety protection, age-friendliness and long-term easy maintenance. Core Pre-renovation Pain Points Before the renovation, the original walls of the facility had long faced exclusive operation and maintenance challenges unique to senior care scenarios: Semi-disabled and dementia seniors frequently lean against or unconsciously pat the walls during daily activities. The original latex paint walls developed widespread peeling and dents within less than one year, and sharp protrusions even appeared at some corners, which posed high risks of scratching the elderly. Walking aids and nursing beds frequently collided with walls during daily transfers. The cold and hard surface of ordinary tiles would easily cause secondary injuries to passing seniors once a collision occurred. Traditional walls had numerous wide seams, which easily retained mold and peculiar odors after long-term cleaning and disinfection. Mold spots even appeared on the walls of humid public bathing areas, failing to meet the hygiene and infection control standards for senior care institutions. The original walls adopted high-gloss paint, which created strong reflections under indoor lighting. The harsh light would easily irritate the vision of the elderly, especially dementia residents, and induce negative emotions such as anxiety and irritability. Scenario-based Customized Protection Solution The project team developed differentiated wall protection systems tailored to the characteristics of different care zones: Exclusive Dementia Care Zone‌: The entire area is covered with 2.5mm thick high-toughness soft matte resin wall panels. The panels are embedded with long-acting antibacterial masterbatch that automatically inhibits mold and harmful bacteria attached to the wall surface. The 30-degree matte surface completely avoids light reflections that irritate the seniors' vision. The panels feature high elastic cushioning performance, which will not get damaged even if seniors pat or lean against them with full force, eliminating hard collision injuries. All wall edges are finished with arc transitions, leaving no sharp corners anywhere to fundamentally remove scratch risks. Semi-disabled Care Areas and Public Passages‌: Thickened multi-layer composite anti-collision wall panels are installed, paired with matching high-elastic anti-collision handrails. The panels deliver an impact resistance 10 times higher than ordinary latex paint walls, and will not dent or get damaged even under direct impacts from nursing beds or walking aid trolleys. Made of ENF-grade eco-friendly base material, the panels produce no peculiar smell during installation, and the area can be put into use on the delivery day without irritating seniors with underlying respiratory diseases. Public Activity Areas and Zones Around Bathing Spaces‌: B1-class fireproof and moisture-proof dedicated senior care wall panels are selected. The seams of the panels are processed with hot-melt seamless treatment, completely eliminating gaps that accumulate dirt. Daily disinfection can be completed by directly wiping the walls with chlorine-containing disinfectants, and the panels will never get moldy or warp even in long-term high-humidity environments. Color Adaptation Optimization‌: All wall surfaces in the facility adopt low-saturation warm beige and light pea green color schemes, which fully fit the color perception habits of the elderly. The design avoids high-saturation bright colors that may induce emotional fluctuations, and low-contrast color guidance markers are added at key corners in the dementia zone to help seniors build spatial awareness and reduce disorientation anxiety. Post-delivery Outcomes and Operation Feedback Two years after the project was delivered and put into operation, actual operation data shows that the wall collision damage rate across the facility has dropped by 95%. The quarterly wall touch-up maintenance work that used to be required can now be extended to more than 6 years before a full-scale renovation is needed, reducing the annual wall operation and maintenance cost by 88%. The facility successfully passed the special hygiene and safety inspection for senior care institutions in Shandong Province, and the total bacterial count on the wall surfaces is far lower than the national hygiene standard for senior care venues. The incidence of collision-related accidental injuries among residents has decreased by 72% compared with that before the renovation, and the frequency of nighttime restlessness and wandering behaviors among dementia residents has dropped significantly. This wall protection solution has become a demonstration sample for age-friendly renovation of senior care institutions promoted by the Jinan Civil Affairs Bureau, and has been referenced and implemented by 17 other senior care institutions across Shandong Province later.

Shandong Provincial Hospital Wall Protection Project Cooperation Case
行业1 United States of America
Shandong Provincial Hospital Wall Protection Project Cooperation Case Project Background As the top tertiary public hospital with the largest scale and strongest comprehensive strength in Shandong Province, Shandong Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University receives a huge daily patient flow. The walls in high-traffic areas, including corridors, inpatient wards and public access routes, have long been subjected to frequent impacts from medical trolleys, continuous friction from crowds and repeated cleaning and disinfection operations. The original ordinary wall surfaces suffered from widespread peeling, stubborn stains and dents caused by collisions, which not only undermined the overall visual presentation of the hospital environment, but also failed to meet the strict hospital infection control standards. Meanwhile, aging waterproofing systems on the roofs and curtain walls across multiple campuses also posed hidden leakage risks, making the upgrading of wall protection and renovation a core priority for the hospital's logistics support department. Partner Selection After multiple rounds of qualification verification, solution comparison and on-site investigation, the hospital finally selected Jinan Guanglida Protection Supplies Co., Ltd., a local enterprise with years of in-depth experience in the medical protection sector, as the core partner for the wall protection project. Operating in Jinan for more than 8 years, this enterprise is a professional manufacturer integrating R&D, production and sales of protection products. It owns a complete product system for anti-collision protection, and its independent brand "Chengyi Protection" has delivered a large number of mature projects in Shandong's medical protection field, fully matching the hospital's core requirements for wall protection in safety, durability and easy cleaning. For the simultaneous waterproofing renovation works on the wall surfaces, the hospital strictly followed the government procurement procedures, and selected a professional construction team with Grade-II or higher professional contracting qualification for waterproof, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation projects, as well as a valid work safety license, to ensure the whole project fully complies with the construction specifications for medical venues. Project Implementation The wall protection project covers core areas across multiple campuses of Shandong Provincial Hospital, and the construction works are divided into three major sections: Anti-collision wall system installation in public areas: Thickened anti-collision wall panels are installed in all ward corridors, around nurse stations and in barrier-free access routes. Adopting the combination of virgin material panels and high-hardness aluminum alloy substrates, the system delivers excellent impact resistance, which effectively prevents dents and damages caused by daily collisions from medical trolleys and hospital beds. Matching anti-collision corner guards of the same series are also installed at all corridor corners to realize full protection for wall edges. Customized protection for special functional areas: For the wall surfaces around the radiology department, a tailored protection solution is developed in line with medical safety requirements, which achieves dual protection for the walls without altering the original building structure, taking both physical anti-collision performance and special scenario demands into consideration. Coordinated wall waterproofing renovation: The project also completes the waterproofing renovation for the curtain wall surfaces of the inpatient building and podium building at the Olympic Sports Campus, as well as the waterproofing reinforcement at the wall base of the outpatient building and pediatric department platform at the Central Campus, eliminating long-term leakage risks and upgrading the wall performance with both anti-collision and waterproof functions. The whole construction process strictly followed the hospital's infection control regulations. A phased off-peak operation mode was adopted to avoid peak visiting hours, minimizing the disruption to daily medical services. The entire construction period was completed within 30 calendar days. Project Outcomes After nearly one year of practical operation following delivery, the comprehensive damage rate of the hospital's wall surfaces has dropped by more than 90% compared with the previous level. The efficiency of daily cleaning and disinfection has been greatly improved, as ordinary stains can be wiped off quickly with conventional disinfectants without leaving any residue on the wall surfaces. The high-toughness anti-collision wall panels have remained intact without any damage or paint peeling after multiple accidental collisions by medical trolleys, keeping the overall hospital environment clean and well-maintained all the time. This wall protection project has become a benchmark case for medical scenario wall upgrading in Jinan, providing a referable practical model for public area protection renovation projects of other hospitals in Shandong Province. </doc_start> If you need to adjust the terminology, add more project details or optimize the format for business presentation scenarios, you can put forward further requirements.

China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation
hospital 中华人民共和国
As the global leading enterprise in rail transit equipment manufacturing, CRRC (China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation) has long faced persistent wall operation and maintenance pain points across its multiple production bases, including frequent collisions from heavy manufacturing equipment, industrial dust accumulation, and insufficient safety protection levels in special production zones. This wall protection upgrading project covers multiple core production campuses under CRRC, including Dalian Locomotive & Rolling Stock Co., Ltd., Lanzhou Locomotive Works, and Yongji Electric Motor Co., Ltd. Customized protection solutions are developed based on the scenario characteristics of different workshops, realizing a full-dimensional upgrading of factory walls from basic wear resistance to enhanced safety protection in special areas, which fully meets the strict environmental requirements for high-end rail transit equipment manufacturing. Project Background The welding workshops, final assembly workshops and material transfer passages in CRRC's production campuses have been operating under high load for a long time. The original ordinary latex paint walls suffered from large-area paint peeling and dents within less than half a year due to frequent scratches from heavy locomotive components during transfer. Walls around welding stations were covered with welding slag and metal dust, which could hardly be completely removed by conventional cleaning methods. In some special areas storing flammable and explosive materials, the original wall protection level failed to meet the latest national work safety specifications. Meanwhile, the exterior walls of the factory campuses, exposed to industrial dust and drastic temperature changes for a long time, developed problems such as coating cracking, water seepage and peeling, which not only damaged the overall industrial image of the factory, but also brought hidden risks to production safety. Implementation of Customized Protection Solutions The project team designed a layered and classified wall protection system tailored to the production characteristics of different CRRC campuses: For high-frequency collision areas such as final assembly workshops and material transfer passages, high-toughness industrial-grade anti-collision wall panels are adopted. With high-strength galvanized steel as the base and a special anti-corrosion wear-resistant industrial coating on the surface, the system can withstand direct impacts from heavy transfer forklifts and locomotive components, delivering an impact resistance more than 8 times that of ordinary walls. The surface is also treated with anti-static technology to avoid the adsorption and accumulation of metal dust. For special production areas such as welding and painting workshops, thermal insulation explosion-relief wall systems that meet national explosion-proof safety standards are installed. Using lightweight qualified explosion-relief panels, the system not only meets the basic wall protection requirements, but also safely releases pressure along the preset path in case of emergencies, fully complying with the high-risk area protection requirements in CRRC's work safety management system. For the exterior walls of the factory campuses, long-term energy-saving exterior wall protection coatings that meet the centralized procurement standards of CRRC Science Park are selected. Balancing excellent industrial weather resistance and green energy-saving properties, the coating can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 70℃ without fading or cracking after long-term use. It also reduces the overall energy consumption of the buildings, which is in line with CRRC's green factory construction goals under the "Dual Carbon" strategy. For special wall requirements in radiation testing workshops, an integrated wall solution with customized lead protection lining is developed. Without damaging the original building structure, the solution achieves dual functions of radiation safety protection and physical anti-collision, fully meeting the scenario requirements of non-destructive testing for rail transit components. Project Implementation and Safety Control The entire construction process strictly followed the safety management specifications of CRRC's production sites. A "staggered peak and zoned operation" mode was adopted to completely separate construction hours from production peak hours. All construction personnel entering the site passed CRRC's special safety training, and the "two-person inspection, site clearance on the same day" system was implemented throughout the process, which did not cause any disruption to the normal locomotive production and delivery schedule. Meanwhile, the project was integrated with CRRC's self-developed "Anwang" AI intelligent monitoring system, where status monitoring nodes were embedded in key wall protection areas to realize real-time digital management and control of wall protection conditions. The system automatically triggers an alert once abnormal collision damage is detected, improving the efficiency of hidden danger investigation for walls by more than 70%. Project Outcomes Two years after the project was delivered and put into use, the wall operation and maintenance cost across CRRC's campuses has been reduced by 82% compared with that before the renovation. The wall repainting work, which used to be required twice a year, now only needs overall maintenance after more than 5 years. The wall protection level in special explosion-proof areas successfully passed the special inspection by the emergency management department, fully meeting the construction requirements of CRRC's "Five Standardizations and One Core" work safety culture system. The renovated walls not only maintain a neat and unified industrial appearance all the time, but also build a solid safety line for the high-precision manufacturing of rail transit equipment from three dimensions: physical protection, safety enhancement and digital management and control. This project has become a benchmark case for wall protection upgrading in China's heavy manufacturing sector, providing a replicable practical experience for safety renovation of industrial factories across the whole industry. </doc_start> If you need to adjust professional terminology, add more campus-specific details or optimize the format for international business presentations, you can put forward further requirements.(
